The Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum (DELPF) presents scholarship that examines environmental issues by drawing on legal, scientific, economic, and public policy resources.
The Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum is accepting submissions for its Fall 2026 issue. Submissions can relate to any environmental or climate change-related topic. We typically look for longer articles of at least 20 pages, but are open to reviewing shorter submissions.
